Idle Issues - Help
my car does not want to idle at all. i dont know if the idle air controller is putting the rpm's too low or what but everytime i let it idle, it surges and goes up and down a few times then just cuts out and dies. so how can i bump the idle up a little so it doesnt cut out and die on me? also would the fuel pressure being up high do this? the pressure is around 50 psi right now which is way to high i know, but i cant change it til i get a hold of my friend's fuel pressure gauge.

I would check for vacuum leaks, if no leaks I would do this:

turns out it was a bad IAC. i just replaced it and its working just fine now... well at least right now it is. i think the old one kept sticking
