How badly is performance affected by dented runners?

I have a set of runners with a couple of small dings. How bad can my performance be affedted? The dings are about 1/4 or 3/8 inches deep. Thanks.

Camaro,

The dings shouldn't cause any real problems. Early TPI runners had some indentations from the factory, to make space for the idle air and EGR distribution tubes, and they didn't have any significant flow problems compared to later TPI runners.
