wondering if i can use my MAF tpi setup to convert it to MAP?

i have a complete TPI setup from an '89 IROC i'm parting out..

I want to put it in my '68 Camaro, but the way I want to set it up I will need a MAP-style TPI setup in order to match my hood..

I've been told it's possible to 'changeover' a MAF setup to a MAP one?

I want to do it, but if it would make the TPI unreliable, run in open loop, or have to monkey with cutting wires I don't want to do it..

thanks,
Colin

Here's a tech article on doing it. It does involve a lot of re-wiring unless you get a 1990-1992 wire harness.
