tpi question
my question is about fuel lines. i have an 88 305 tbi with a serpentine belt system. the tpi unit i picked up was from an 87. i dont know if it was from a serpentine belt system or not. the fuel lines on the tpi unit come out underneath the throttle body. is that were its supposed to come out at for a serpentine belt system. the reason i ask is because i have that the fuel lines are routed differently for the different belt systems.

Re: tpi question
From what I understand, the Camaro TPIs fuel lines came out the driver's side below the throttle body. The 85-86 Camaro Iroc Z were a combo of Serpentine and V belt. They have unique brackets for power accessories. I believe the Corvette TPIs came out the opposite side.

Re: tpi question
I've got a 92 TPI. Mine come out right under the throttle body, then turn hard and go behind the alternator (drivers side), then back down toward the body.
