the small tube on runners
Ok, tonight is the first time that i was able to drive my car since i swapped form TBI to TPI, and let me just say that it was the smartest thing i have ever done. I am not too wise with TPI yet though, so thats why I have come here for help. I hope you guys understand what i mean by "the small tube on the runners". My question is, I bought a set of SLP runners and the passenger side on is blocked of with a plug. Why is this? The runners that came off of the car were not blocked off. The TPI is off of an 88 IROC. Should I try to take out the plug? And finally, What does this tube do? Thanks alot guys

The small tube on the passenger side is for the EGR. It shouldnt be normally be blocked. The little tube on the driver side on 85-88 is for the 9th injector.
