Leaking Injectors??? Need Help

Is this a sign of leaking injectors. At shut off the fuel pressure was at 40 psi at 3:16pm, 35 psi at 3:26pm, 28 psi at 3:32pm, 20psi at 3:30pm, 12 psi at 3:50pm, 8 psi at 3:56pm, 5 psi at 4:08 it's lost almost all pressure in One Hour!!
I can also smell a strong fuel odor in the oil and the #1 plug was wet with fuel when I pulled it out cold. The injectors were check by a place here in town and I was told they were fine so I installed them in the newly rebuilt engine. Does this sound like bad injectors? If so I'm planning on pulling the rail off tomorrow and placing a towel uner the rail and let the system prime up and see if they start to leak. I just want to see if ya'll think it's injectors before I go thru the hassle of tearing it apart. Thanks

You can check it by clamping off the fuel hoses. I just did this to my car. I would turn on the key, it would pump to 40psi, when the pump cut off, my pressure dropped to 0psi in less than 10 seconds, no kidding!
I then turned on the key, waited for the pump to prime it to 40psi, then when it shut off, I vise-gripped the rubber fuel hose real quick, and bam-stayed at 40psi. Looks like I have a bad check-ball in my fuel pump.
You can do the same thing, let it pump up, then vice-grip off the main, watch the pressure. Try it again on the return line. If you can clamp off both at the same time, and you still loose pressure, there is no where else for it to go but through the injectors.

Well, I too the runners and plenum off tonight to see if the injectors were leaking well with the plenumen and all out of the way I pulled the rail up and turn the key over to prime up the system it went to about 35 psi and I turned the key off well in less than 20 min it was at 18 psi and there was no fuel leaking from the injectors, So what else could it be? I smell gas in my oil and can't figure out how it's getting in there. I was told by a machine shop that the reason my rings did not seat last time was due to gas in the oil so I'm trying to figure out what's going on before I end up paying for a third rebuild. Any one know another way gas can get into the oil? Desperate for help.
