fuel injectors reading

I have a tpi unit i pulled off a parts car(88 ta 305) anyway the injectors are reading 16.3-16.5 ohms and the cold start injector is reading 3.something do these numbers sound right? ive read some threads saying they should be 17plus ,some saying high 16-low 17,some saying anything over 12 is ok. any info is greatly appreciated thanks

The TPI injectors readings are fine.

Just realize that is checking only the electricla part of the injector. No guarantee they are plugged up or something to make them still "bad" to put in the car.

Sorry, I know nothing about the cold start injector....
