Need help with fuel system...
What should the fuel pressure be after you first put the key in and the pump runs for about 2 seconds?
When I try to start, my pressure only comes up to 15 to 20 psi. WTF? If the car starts, the pressure is around 45 psi. I've tried blocking the return line, the pressure went up a little.
Need some advise quick.

If the pressure starts low, then goes high after the car starts, what's wrong? I checked the relay and it seems fine.
