hello guys, this is my first post, i have been reading what seems like every post on this forum, and this is really a great source of information. I have been shopping for my first third gen Camaro for 6 months now, and i think i have found it. I want some what of a project car, so it's interior is pretty much ratted out, but the paint is flawless along with the suspension/rims/tires. it is a 1986 iroc, with a rebuil 1991 l98 tpi corvette motor with 700r4 transmission in it. the guy who i am buying it from says that the fuel injectors and fuel pump are bad, claiming that the injectors went bad, causing the pump to go bad. the search on the forums has yeilded me some results, but no definite aswers weather or not the injector story could be possible? thank you in advance.

yeah that was the conclusion i came to as well. i would ask how much to rebuild the engine and transmission, but this is the wrong part of the forum, how do i switch the thread?
