temp is too low

the temp will not go past 150 degrees
i thought with the headers and other mods that the car would run a lot hotter but it only registers on the gauge at 140-150
is this right, or is a sensor not functioning correctly?
before i did these mods the temp was constantly at 210

either a sensor is shot or your temp gauge is broke. it wouldnt make sense that after these mods your car temp went down.
