trans oil pump leaking

trans oil pump leaking
My 700r4 trans oil is leaking from the front pump seal. I replaced the front pump oil seal and the leaking is still there. I think there may-be something inside the pump that may be causing the pump seal to leak. Do anyone site have insights on this problem.

2 things:
The converter where the seal rides, was it worn? And I have seen out of balance converters take out new seals, although I dont think thats what it is.
Another problem area is the bushing. If the seal was worn, the bushing probably was too and thats what took out your new seal. Thats the most likely suspect.
