I went to the junk yard, and bought a pair of runners (one has a big dent), a plenum, and a throttle body for $20!!!!........ The coolest part was, was that the Throttle body had an Air Foil ($60 value, cha ching)!!!! Im in the process of boring out and polishing the plenum and runners. Im wondering how to bore out the throttle body to 52mm. I cant believe that it is so easy to polish the plenum.... Im going to take pictures when im done. Anyway, does anyone know how to bore it out??

 

You might not be able to bore out the throttle body. In order to do this, you have to remove the plates, bore it out, and then get larger plates to put back in. Plus, you're only gonna be able to do it good if you have a CNC machine.
