Anybody know if the engine wiring harness for a 87 GTA tpi would be the same for digital dash vs analog dash. And if it would be the same from a 86 IROC. I have purchased a 87 gta with digital dash that had a engine fire and need to know if the iroc computer harness will work.

it will work, just keep in mind, Is it maf or
map harness, Do you have mass air or speed density, thats the question and is it TBI or TPI.

 

there are a few differences but should work the harness has nothing to do with the dash the dash is a way of reading your engine which uses sending units to bring them together
