Problem with spark plugs

I ran into a problem that I can't work out.
The spark plugs on the passenger side of my engine have been fouling up on on me,
the plugs on the other side are fine, I swapped in a new set of rapidfires, the four old plugs I pulled from the left side were all wet and smelled of gasoline, with the new plugs the car ran fine for about 25 minutes, then got the shakes again.

Heres what I do know,
rebuilt engine with 20k miles give or take.
does not burn oil, no smoke when it starts
All the sensors are either new or working properly.
Injectors are not leaky.

Could the ecm be bad, is there a way to test it?

Can anyone here point me in the right direction,
Sorry to be so long-winded, but this is driving me nuts.

thanks.

The only ideas I have to is to start with the basics..are you getting adequate spark on that side of the engine?
Do you have a spark plug tester tool that holds the plug and you can watch the spark jum across?
Whats the ohms on the wires on that side?
Is your distibutor cap cracked in there?
Look at the wear pattern inside the cap, rotor, etc.

Also do a fuel pressure check..anytime theres raw fuel on the plugs its a sign of injector leakage...if the guage shows the pressure drops off fast, its going somewhere..yet it can be youre not getting enough spark or compression on that side to ignite the fuel either.
Any vacuum leaks anywhere that you can hear or find with carb cleaner spray?

Just throwing ideas.start with the basics and make sure the injector connectors are clean and not dirty too on that side.
One tech tip I learned from a magazine is to make sure the wiring and connector clips were clean..the guy said a car came running in his shop rough and found out one side was dirty, causing electrical problems.
Hope its something simple for ya.

Sounds like a wiring/ecm issue. Each bank is separately wired outside of the ecm, and there is a separate hookup for the wires at the ecm, so there could be a problem in there as well. I'd check out the wiring make sure its ok first.
