What is the most easy way to change the cts?

To all you guys who have done this, is there an easy way to change the cts? Its in a '87 T/A TPI. Just asking cause if I don't, I'm sure to do it the hard way.

You umm.... unscrew it and then screw the new one back in ? I dont think there's an "easy" or "hard" way to do it. lol
