I have the same problem as you do.Will your car spit out a $hit load of black smoke when it does start? Mine will I think mine is caused by a leaking injector.I noticed that if you hold the gas to the floor and star the car it starts faster. But get ready to lift your foot off the gas, when feals like it's going to start.Or it's going all the way to the red line.

i had the same problem as well and after searching the archives i found out how to test the fuel pressure at the rail. i found out i had 0 pressure after sitting a few hours. just a few leaking injectors... another thing to add to the "fix it" list.

I took had this problem creep up on me. I did the fuel injector test where I removed the fuel rail from the intake, placed some paper towels underneath each one, and then primed the pump. After a few minutes, I noticed a wet spot, not much, but something.
In my case the cold start injector was the culprit. I have heard others with similar problems.
If yours is the cold start injector, they are tough to come by.
Mark.
