About the only performance mod on the TPS is bumping the voltage from stock .54 to 5.8~6.0
You won't notice anything more than a possible microscopic improvement in throttle response. Myself, I run the stock .54

If you are getting 4.00 volts or more, don't touch it. (Actually you won't even need 4.00 volts to go into PE).
Adjusting the TPS to get more performances is one of the biggest myths there is and a completely useless mod.
The "theory" about adjusting the TPS is to make it go into Power Enrichment (the real term for WOT inside the eprom sooner), but in reality it does nothing. PE occurs (at its highest setting) at 70% @ 4,800 and lower % at lower rpms. In fact, you don't even need 4.00 volts for the TPS to invoke PE.
If you want to have PE occur sooner, you adjust in inside the eprom...NOT by adjusting your TPS. People have to start looking at the RIGHT part (the eprom) and forget these "mechanical methods" that generally cause more problems than they fix.
And when I think about how the eprom works (based on % of TPS), raising your TPS 100% voltage (let's say from 4.00 volts to 4.50 volts) just means you need MORE VOLTAGE to get to 70%. The TPS does not give you 110% TPS if you increase the voltage from 4.00 to 4.50 @ WOT. It STILL only reads 100%.
If you want to look at something, look at how your TB blades open.
