could be your iac too (small 4 wire plug at bottom of throttle body on pass side)i really dont know just guessing but i know it controls your idle so maybe.

if you didnt reset the base idle speed that may be affecting this as well.

you need a custom prom to raise your desired idle to around 725~750 RPM and will probably need to reset your minimum air for the IAB. I have the ZZ4 cam with the 6085 performer heads, along with the other stuff in my sig, and my car idles fine. Could it be better? I dunno but it idles with no problems, it doesn't hunt or surge. The only driveability problem I have is that when I am decelerating or apply a very light (very) throttle, at around 40 mph, the car surges and goes between 1000 and 1100 RPM---it feels like the convertor is locking and unlocking, but I think it is because I haven't reset my minimum air yet and it's having difficulty maintaining the RPM.
I am using a custom PROM I burned myself based off the 89 corvette code that has heads similar to the edelbrocks. The PROM is pretty much stock for now except for the desired idle RPM and fan turn on temps. It runs really strong.
