1989 GTA Code 33

hi, i know you guys probly get this question on a daily basis, but ive tryed everything to fix my "problem" and nothing works. Basicaly when im driveing and i step on the gas pretty hard, the engine looses all power and wont accelerate for around 6 seconds. during this time the SES light comes on, and then it will gradualy gain power back. if i step on the gas harder when it happens it goes even slower and seems to kill it more. if i back off the peddle a bit and step on it again, its fine, but seconds later it does it again. ive replaced almost every part in my car that could be the cause, (MAF, relays, air filter, all intake manifold gaskets, EGR valve, distributor cap and rotor, plus i checked all the wires and connections. there is no reason this car shouldnt be running perfecly, but for some odd reason it isnt. can someone please help?

Check your TPS voltage ( 0.54 +/-0,075v ) also check the fuel pump/pressure.

Is the engine heavily modified? An engine that breathes much heavier than stock will take in more air than the ECM expects. If so, there are ways to fix the 33 in the chip.

no, the engine isnt heavily modified as far as i know. every thing on it is all stock. i have been wondering about the TPS though. does the voltage have to be absolutly correct for the car to run properly? is what my car doing a possible side effect from a bad TPS? or the fuel pump? i dont know how to adjust the TPS. i did everything that the tech artical explained but i cant get any kind of a voltage reading what so ever. i dont have a digital multi meter though, mines analog(with the needle).
on an 89 Trans am GTA, 5.7L, the fuel filter and pump are inside the gas tank right?
