dfi program needed

I have a 406 with an Accel superram intake that I am trying to get tuned. All the local "experts" are either booked solid 'til 2006 or aren't experts afterall. I was already taken by a shop who was reading the manual and matching my settings to the ones in the calmap booklet. JESSSHHHH!

Anyway, I just received my Calmap and cable today and will start to mess with my fuel maps myself... Is anyone willing to share their DFI configuration with me that has a similar setup?

I have 30 lb injectors, 218/226 @.050 .468/.477 and 112 lsa. Car is an automatic with a 2200-2400 stall, 3.55's. Let me know if anything else is needed.

Thanks in advance.

Elmer

I've got a program someone else sent me if you'd like it. I am breaking in my motor first before I hook the DFI up. I'd like to find some other maps to compare this one I have too since it's for 30lb injectors and mine are 24lb. Keep us posted on what you find.

I'd send you mine, but it probably won't do you any good. Start with the base map that was supplied and follow the instructions very carefully. There is a good manual at Cruisin peformance. http://www.cruzinperformance.com/accel/
Copy it and learn it. If you have any questions, email me.

I went through the same thing when i got my dfi i called accel and he gave me a list of phone numbers to call i called all of them they all have some excuse for not helping me and after i found out how to program it myself i now know that even the guy at tech support at accel didn't know his *** from a double barrel shot gun.I have a corvette with a supercharged and nitrous oxide injected 406 so my program would not help you but i have a few tips that will help get a good air fuel gauge and someone to ride with you to run the laptop and start tuning but don't do like i did while trying to set fuel on top end i was watching the gauges and blew by a state cop at about 160 boy that cost me. i normally hang out on the corvette forum but just dropped in here to see what you guy's where up to. if you have specific questions you can E Mail me as this post is getting long.
