Coldstart help!!!!!!!!! What can I do????
Has anyone bypassed there coldstart? I know you can just plug the part on the fuel rail, but what do you do about the piece, that mounts to the runner, how do you plug that? does anyone know the size of the thread on the fuel rail side in "-an" is it like a 6? any help is appreciated!!!!
Im assuming a coldstart explains itself, it helps the engine start when its cold by injecting more fuel correct? I unplugged it to see what it would do, and it started but it took a couple seconds longer, but it fired up, will this take longer when the enigins warm too?

The cold start injector is just that, it richens the mixture when the engine is cold. It is not controlled by the ecm, but by a thermal switch. Beyond a set temp (not sure just offhand what it is....) the injector does nothing. (I.E. warm engine.....) But, if you drive your car in the winter months... You will have a hard time getting it to start and run in the morning.
Why are you disconnecting it anyway?
