Is my AFPR set to stock pressure??
I turned the screw out as much as I could on my crane AFPR, but it hits the plenum, so i cant turn it out anymore? IS this supposed to happen? Am i at stock? I know i was running way to much pressure before, my car was flooding and wouldn't start, now it starts fine.... need a guage!

Yep, you're right! Your going to need a gauge to be able to really tell what presure you are running. Don't foget to pull the vaccum line off and block it, so you get your WOT setting.
Good luck!

The AFPR is not a speed part it is just going to help the fuel to burn more correctly. I think that those numbers are way off in the article that comes from TPIS. I had better pick up in my car but I do not have any real numbers to post. You will get a gain if you tune the car correctly. I know from my experience that if I used a 45 psi I would be running so sickly rich it wouldnt even be funny so the best thing for you to do if you can is get a computer and hook it up and see exactly what your car needs to run correctly. I know mine is at the stock setting and it runs great. Hope that helps and makes sense.
PS You will need a guage to get the right or stock fuel pressure there is no real way to (unless you are really good) "eyeball" the fuel pressure. You wil also have problems with the screw from the crane AFPR hitting the plenum I have heard that from a lot of people.
