Tpi... Hard to catch?

I got the 305 TBI right now, but want to upgrade to 350 TPI l8r on. I hear a decent TPI motor is hard to find in the 'yard, though. Just wanting to know how ppl find TPIs in good condition, usually the previous owner would have put a lot of tear on their's. How limited is the seletion really? Or should I just go 350 w/o TPI?

I was just at the yard a few days ago out here in southern maryland, and saw a TPI setup that looked to be in great shape as well as the motor.

All in all I would say to find a good L98 block or something very similar and then hunt down a TPI. You can usually find the TPI units being sold on some of the thirdgen related boards and sites, you'll just have to keep an eye out.
