Need info on superram
Well i decided for my new 383 with AFR heads and hot cam...that I should go with a superram setup instead of a ported TPI setup. Have a couple of questions though...first of all....it says on accels website that the superram has provisions for the EGR setup...but why does it say at the bottom of the pages that it is not to be sold in California? people keep saying its 50 state legal...but the site says different. Also....im going to be using a 91 Speed Density harness and computer...does the SR use the stock MAT sensor and sensors like that? Any other problems (besides the hard install) that I may run into...or things I may need to buy? Thanks

It has all the emissions stuff that the stock manifold has, and the base hase an extra provision for external egr feed, like on the tpi vettes.
It has a MAT fitting under the plenum like on the stock setup and has 4 ports for vacuum to your brakes, fpr, etc.
In other words, its all good besides the headache install. Though i have mine down to about 3 hours to remove and install.
Nothing extra off the top of my head, get a couple extra gaskets sets to have in case it needs to come off later.
If you have any other questions, let me know. good luck.
