Finally got my Formula on the dyno and was pleasantly suprised

I will get the printout scanned later, but the old L98 put 217.4 hp and 319.5 ft/lb of torque (both peak numbers on seperate pulls). I was a little suprised by the numbers, both were a little better than I expected. As the motor got hotter, low end torque increased but hp dropped off at the big end. Not sure why. The hp curve is very flat, and the torque curve peaks very early and starts dropping off slowly as rpm builds. Peak hp was right around 4200 rpm on every pull, and peak torque is below 2700 rpm as the graph is dropping when it begins at 2700! I guess that explains the high 13 second ET's at only 96 mph.

Pretty good. Most relatively stock L98 dyno at around 190 RWHP.

That's good, did you ever get the idle fixed, I have some thoughts on that.

Was going to send you an e-mail about it, but I keep lousing connection to the inter net and all @home can say is it is windows me.

Got Greggs 1le running again, ask him about plug wires 5 and 7 and hows its better to have them right.
