I get code 45 once about a week.The last time it happened I scaned it.The o2 was at 900-945mv.This only comes up on the highway.The o2 sensor was working.I scanned it all the way home an was in the 900mv range.Idling in the driveway was the same.So I turned the car off and then back on.Then the o2 sensor droped to normal no ses light.Could that be the tps?

 

Code 45 is for rich exhaust.You might need to change your oxygen sensor.
