Well I hit the dyno on Friday night and here's what I got:

1) 192HP and 281TQ - with stock air box and existing mods
2) 199HP and 287TQ - with my modified air box
3) 201HP and 292TQ - with my modified air box and !smog pump fan belt

I was quite surprised, a 9HP and 11lbs-ft gain. Especially 3HP gain by removing the belt for the smog pump. I figured may 1HP for that at most. Now no more mods till next spring...I've got a whole list of goodies to install then.

My 87 with 160,000 miles pulled just about the exact same numbers as your first run, with a 3" Flowmaster catback as my only real mod. The car ran 14.7 in the 1/4. I have since done the smog delete, cat delete and gutted the airbox. Have not been back to the dyno, but the car now runs 14.4 at the track.

Just checked out your website.. we have basically the same car Mine's white with T-tops, and I also have the wrong wheels like you.. the 88-90 wheels(which i prefer), instead of the 85-87.
