Will a TPI unit of a 86' vette w/350 work on a 305 RS if I swap the harness and computer as well from the sam vette. Need help quick please....

I think the Vette used a different set up for the EGR valve. On the F-body, the valve was mounted under the plenum, on the Y body, the heads did not have the heat risers, so they put the valve on the exhaust manifold. (I think.....) May take some creative fabrication to make it work.......

I do not know why not, of course you are talking about an 86 Vette intake on a later (92) engine, you will have to modify (elongate) the holes in the intake to help it bolt up.

I have never done it, but from what I hear lots of people have done the conversion.

Why not get the whole engine, and stuff it in?
