Big problem
Big problem
Hey Guys,
I just spent about $2400 on my 89 camaro iroc-z, 350 tpi (L98), the money was spent on edelbrock performer centerbolt heads, edelbrock headers, crane cams pushrods (.100" longer than stock), taylor 8 mil wires, and accel 30 lb. injectors, upon completion, during test drive there was almost no noticable power gain, the car would struggle to idle and run rich. My first presumption was the injectors were too large for my particular application. Be glad to know if ya got any ideas.
-Thanks

i agree unless your running a high horsepower motor(big cubes or power adder)the 30lbs unjectors are over kill.
also are you sure you adjusted you valves right loose or tight(roller?)rocker arms will put undo stress on the motor.
