help with slp runners &ported plenum/base

I am thinking about getting these items on my zz4. Right now, all I have is a stock tpi setup. Apparently, it's choking the life out of the zz4's power potential. If I get the slp runners and port my base and plenum, along with doing a ramair setup and goto a 52mm tb, could I see 60 hp or more than what I have now? Will these items flow enough to warrant the aluminum l98 heads as the bottleneck? Can I get better heads, and if so, will I see improvement? I also got 3.73 gears, but have not installed them yet. On 2.73's and the stock tpi setup on a zz4, I have run a best 13.30. I want to see low/mid 12's. I do not want to go w/the superram or miniram setup because of the money involved. No NOS either. I just want my car to run this well n/a. Any help GREATLY appreciated!

I don't know about any hp figures but you will definately see a gain with the runners and a ported plenum and base.

------------------
I WOULD RATHER PUSH A CAMARO THAN DRIVE AN IMPORT

1983Z28 350w/ edelbrock performer RPM power package , dynomax shorty headers, 700R-4 with shift kit, 750cfm carb, edelbrock 3" exhaust system, 16" IROC rims and ASCD SS hood.

future mods:
completely done over suspension, black paint with flames,
T-56 almost ready to go in, TPI swap coming up

Wifes new car:

95Z28, AT, leather, T-tops bone stock for now.

future mods:
header to tailpipe replacement and a cold air intake. Then I am just going to leave it alone

Go for it, but you have to remember that TPI cars are big on TQ not HP so no you will not see 30hp but you will see 10-15HP and 30-40ft.lbs.

If you run 13.3 now than a 12 will be done with the gears and intake.

Wow! you run a 13.3 on a zz4 with the stock TPI setup?

I was thinking of picking up a ZZ4 at some point, but i figured i would need an entire new intake setup. a 13.3 with the stock TPI doesn't sound to bad to me. Please post your times after you swap the TB and port the plenum and base+runners!
