Are there any free mods I can do on my '88 GTA? 350 / auto

advance timing,I have also heard of people taking the fuel preasure regulator off and putting washers on the top of the spring to increace fuel preasure,throttle body bypass.

 

A couple of free mods are: Throttle Body Coolent Bypass, which will make the air going in cooler. You can also make a cold air induction Fairly cheap, just go to Ace Hardware and run a tube from your Mass Air Flow sensor and attach a cone air filter. The stock air box is pretty restrictive.


I have one question off the topic how do you gat it to say "'89 Flame Red Metallic Trans Am GTA" (for Example) under your posts?

Basic "free mods" might be:
-cold air induction.
-160 deg stat and fan sw.
-TB coolant bypass.
-MAT relocation.
-cut-back spark plugs.
-advance timing.
-AFPR.
-port plenum & upper runners.
-gut the MAF.
-K&N air filter.
