How to Siamese runners, TB and Plenum?

How to Siamese runners, TB and Plenum?
I have a 86 305 TPi SD unit and am getting SLP runners. I want to know the best why to go about porting this parts and how to also siamese them for maximum flow. Let me know your thoughts.
