What is the smallest cam you can run with the mini ram?

This will then point to a looser convertor I suppose.

Are edelbrock heads suitable or is a head with 190cc intakes or better required?

How does the cost of a mini ram compare to that of the superram base and the large tube runners?

... just starting my winter/christmas list.

MArk, I have a friend (who's name is also Mark) that runs the miniram on a stock l98 formula. Can't get much smaller of a cam and TC than that? He has experienced great results just from swapping the intake.

 

Mark, with the MiniRam, you also have to get a fuel rail kit (though a few have fabricated their own) and the chip (a few have found others to burn a PROM for them too).

Currently, a few are investigating the Ram Jet setup. You will have to get "Fast Burn" heads to work with the RamJet intake, but you were looking at heads anyways (as most of us are too).

Hey Mark I think I'm the one Bill is referring to.I put the Miniram on only with future plans of a total package,my car would probably perform better right now with a stock runner type setup,but I will not buy parts twice and I couldn't buy the Miniram,heads,headers,throttle body,torque conv,gears,cam,and so on all at once
