fuel pressure and timing

OK i have a 91 B4C with a 350 tpi in it and auto tranny what kinda of fuel pressure should i be running and what should i set my timing at? here is a list of mods i have done so far. air foil, jet chip, home made ram air, tranny is built, sub frame connectors, adjustable fuel regulator and march underdrive pulleys. the car so far has ran a best time of 14.012@ 97.11 mph I am taking it again to run it before the track closes this year so i want to have it tuned and ready to go. by the way it has 118,000miles on it and runs like it is brand new and even looks like it is. here is a link to my webpage go and take a look at it http://communities.msn.com/TITOSCamaroPage

Look, do you have time to get in 5-6 runs?
If so, you have time to:
1- run stock FP, timing
2- +2 psi, observe
3- if faster +2 more, if slower, -4 (now -2 from stock), observe
4-if significantly gaining continue w/ the FP until it slows down or levels off. If gain is less then maybe go +2 degrees timing
5- i hope you're getting the picture, and at this point you've probably rung 98% of what you're gonna get. If you don't have time to get a 6th run you're still prolly as good as you practically get

This assumes a good consistent driver and everything is in proper running condition.
