Next mod, need advice!

It's time to spend some $$$$. I was thinking of SLP 1 3/4 headers and a new intake, the SR and MR ( yes ,again...) I have not yet decided wich way to go. And maybe get a new camshaft and some 1.6 RR.

The car is a automatic, 3.23 rear and daily driven and will never se a race track, BUT it doesent mean that I dont what it to be fast as hell! I want to beat all the turbosharged cars here in sweden, and they are fast.............

Dyno results of similar setups are welcome!

Thanks/N.....

I will install a accel DFI at the same time.

Well you already have a good exhaust set up leave that alone. I dont think its time to get an intake manifold to match the cam you have. POrt the crap out of it and then get a 2500 stall converter to match your RPM band of the rest of you compnents.
I also noticed you have no kind of modification to the factory air intake. Try doing some kind of cold air induction, or atleast put a K&N in place of the factory air cleaner housing. With all the extra air you car is wanting to breathe you can probably pick up 10hp from there. Ther is now way that factory air box is feeding that engine.

Past Thirdgen:
86 Trans Am w/ built 355TPI with SLP goodies and too much other stuff to List. One sweet *** car, wish I would have had a good enough Job to pay insurance on three cars so I could keep it, but for a 89 Turbo Trans Am w/ Low miles, I think I made the right choice!

If you don't have one already, I'd put an adjustable fuel pressure regulator on. Cut a little piece of an allen wrench off so it can be adjusted without having to remove plenum. You could use 24lb injectors.
Free up the air like you said and the setup you have should take care of air, MSD Box will take care of fire then optimizing the fp should take care of fuel.

Those turbo's are pretty hard to compete with once they get spooled up. Best way is to take em right at the start and put the pressure on them to try to catch up.
So you need to look at traction mods.
I did not see a bay brace in your pics, not a speed mod, but it does wonders to take all the slop out of the front end on turns.
Subframe connectors will keep the car straight and will help prevent the t-tops from generating leaks. Stock lower control arms should be replaced with ones that have the poly bushings. Those lca brackets really help the tires bite rather then spin.
