Tendency to set code - how quick?
86 LB9 stuff... say the MAF connector unhooks from the MAF. How long before it sets a code? Immediate (2 seconds or less) or longer?

should set the code right away. as soon as the computer sees something is wrong (no reading, or way off reading for set conditions) it should throw a check engine light, and possibly go into open loop depending on what is wrong
