Started Polishing and porting intake... questions

I mainly started polishing. I've been sadning with some dremel 60 grit sanding drums to rip the cast off as possible. From there I'll hand sand unless someone knows a better way. However, how do I get in the small cracks and hard to reach places?

As for porting, I'll be using a dremel, I don't have access to a air compressor so die grinder is not possible. I bought a Tungsten Carbide Cutter... will this work?

also, there used to be links about porting plenums. And a PDF file. Those links are now broken, are they somewhere else now? IF there is any more information about porting an intake you can give me please do... like how to measure certain parts... and how to avoid going through the intake.

I'm good at replying to my own thread...

Here is the type of stone I bought to port the intake.

Will this work?

That will work, but a $5 HSS bit is just as good or better at eating aluminum up and it won't clog easily with chips unless you overheat it. I can't really comment on the polishing though.

Okay, I've learned what HSS is.... Can you give me any tips on what diameter I should buy them in?
