I got a set of TPI dent removal ***** sent to New Zealand and when they arrived the DVD with all the instructions on it was smashed (i know this may sound silly ) how do these ***** work or rather how do you push them through the runners

 

not sure how it works but someone else on this site found out that if u sit the runners on their sides and filled them up with water and froze them in your freezer over night

the water would freez and force the dents back out

try it nothing to lose but this guy got great results
