AIR pump hose hooked to throttle body

This may seem stupid or pointless, but does anyone think there may be a gain to hooking up the AIR pump to the throttle body, in an effort to cool it a little, or is it wishful thinking?

Re: AIR pump hose hooked to throttle body

I would say it would be a waste of time and there would be no gains. It would probably look bad to.
