hi guys im lookin for a set of gears for my car but i dont know what exactly rear end it is..89 formy 305 tpi with factory 2.73s info about would help indeed thx

If you are sure they are 2.73 it will be a 10 Bolt. The nine bolt did come with 2.77 gears so count the bolts on the rear cover to identify which rear end you actually have. 9 bolt = 9 bolts, 10 bolt = 10 bolts.

An 89 305 TPI automatic would come with a 26 spline axles, 2-series carrier, 2.73 gears, 10 bolt rear end.
Its slightly possible you could have 28 spline axles, but I have not come across anyone else with an '89 who does.
