tpi combo advise please

hi all im new here have been reading posts for a while and figured you guys are the best to ask???

i have a tpi motor from a crashed camaro its a 350 with 100 66 0036 block

and alloy 100 88 113 gm heads i have no idea if it has any internal mods or if this is a standard fitment combo?
so was wondering what this set up should be putting out as it is assuming everything is standard.

then i was wondering what if anything should be done to it for a quick street motor maybe a cam swap or roller lifters or maybe one of these stealth intakes? or should i junk the tpi in favour of a carb?

i plan on using it in a 49 truck probably in an s10 frame and a th350 or maybe an o.d trans so would use headman headers for an s10 but fit the lambda sensors i also wont be running any cats. as for electronics i was planning on using megasquirt system(anybody use this?) so the other thing i was wondering was what would be a good rear gear for this running 235 70 15s
fuel mileage is important here in $10 a gallon england so i want it quick but streetable without a huge sacrifice in mileage
look forward to your help guys
thanks

and im also not sure if this is a factory fitted motor or over the shelf combo??
as some searches mentioned corvette heads or aftermarket gm performance heads and i think the block came back as mexican goodwrench?
