PCV?

My car was originally TBI so some stuff in my engine compartment is out of place right now. My question is, what is the valve on the passenger side valve cover? It looks to me like it is a hollow PCV valve(basically just an elbow) and it plugs into the TB. Anyone?
thanks

Thats the breather tube. It completes teh closed circuit of the PV system. When theres no vacuum drawing through the PCV, blowby/etc vents out the breather tube, which gets drawn through the TB to be burnt. The EPA isn't too big on letting that stuff vent

- Definitely prototypes, high powered mutants of some kind. Too weird to live, too cool to die
