Hesitation in throtle response ...

I am looking at buying another camaro
it has a bone stock 305 tpi
i noticed it has an exhaust leak by the cat
,a little oil leak by the valve covers, and the radiator was leaking by the seam.
when reving the engine it hesitates a little bit then goes up in rpm. any one know what could cause this and if it would be worth it to even buy the car with this kind of problem?

note: - car exterior is mint(2 yr old paint job) , also interior is clean
its a 89Irocz he came down to 3500 in price.
any one think this is worth it ?

umm, just a note, be really careful buying a reasonably newly painted car, you have nooo idea whas under that beautiful paint.

Exhaust leaks, oil leaks, radiator leaks, & a hesetation??? not a low miles car I suspect. Of course a car sitting does it no good either.

THats not quite what you were looking for, I know, but I had to give my 2 cents.
