Speed limiter on 91 GTA350?

Speed limiter on 91 GTA350?
Hello, Have only had this car about 2 months, and drive it about once or twice a week . 91 GTA 350 dual cat 3.23 gear, 700r4 WS6.Ran 14.44 at 95mph at Baytown. Have had it to about 110 and ran out of room, didnt know if this had a governor on it or not. Thanks for any info, Dave
