engine plans... good idea?

I'm far from your engine builder, I know very little about how to set this up. So I need some advice. I've been doing a little reading.

As my car sits right now, it's a stock L-98 with no cats and SLP catback exhaust. Nothing more. Even paper air filters.

I ran a 14.20 at 97.55mph

Here is what I was thinking.
Put some SLP headers on it.
Port the lower base.
Add some 1.6 rocker arms
Port the plenum and smooth the runners.
And add the,
Super Profile L-98 Hydraulic Roller
Advertised duration 273 277
Duration at .050 218 219
Gross lift .415 .433
Lobe separation 108

Both TPIS and GM High Tech magazine recommended it for the stock intake/engine because of no new needs for valve springs and such as well as it produces its power where the Stock TPI intake is range in.

Still running stock L98 Iron heads however.
What would I be looking at?

Thanks

without prom tuning you'll probably see marginal gains if any.as for tpis their prices are way an your money would be better spent elsewhere(slp, comp cams, etc.)

Anyone else?

Also, the comp cams and such, will they be the same in every department. Same type, duration so on. Or could someone else give me a pretty good cam for a stock setup.

Marginal if any? I think not. With those rockers the cam will be much better than stock, and those headers will give more than just a marginal gain. Porting will be even better. You will probably see high 13s @102ish, that car is pretty quick stock. Some nice tires would help.
