Something is missing

Hi everyone! In my new t/a, ive noticed something missing right next to the throttle body. Theres 2 threaded holes right to the side. Heres a pic. Any idea whats suppose to be in there? Thanks.

What year/model is that car, that looks like its an LT1 intake.

Its a 92 trans am. Yes, i believe the previous owner swapped in a LT1.

i believe it is just a spot to put a bolt that holds a clamp that holds your wire loom, thats what it is on the tpi, lt1 could be different, but its in the same spot.
