tunerpro RT question
In tunerpro RT . . . .
Could someone answer a few quick tuner pro question? In the fields of single fire and double fire injector size what does this value do? What does it change as far as fuel loading to the engine if I put 24 lbs in that field as compared to 30lbs?
Is this the only field I need to address when going to larger fuel injectors?
thank you
Jeff

Change 'em both to your size of injector. IIRC, that's the only field that you need to change when changing to a different injector size.
It tells your ECM what size injectors you have, giving it the information it needs for it's fuel calculations.
If you physically put 24lb injectors in and tell the ECM that you put 30lb injectors in, the ECM will not be able to compensate for that large of a difference causing you to run rich.
The ECM uses this info to calculate base pulse width (the amount of time the injector is open).
