What size injectors for my setup???????
Welll between describing little problems with my car to my mechanic and the fact that my plenum and runners are going to be off next tuesday anyway we are going to do fuel injectors too ...Here is what I have.
L98 350
Edelbrock headers
Catco High Flow Cat
Borla 3" Cat-Back
Jet Stage II Chip
Ported & Siamesed Plenum (Installed Next Tuesday)
SLP Siameses Runners (Installed Next Tuesday)
...and if I can convince Ben87GTA to make me an airbox my ram air will be functional
so what size/brand injectors should I get. rite now I have the stock ones from the L98 on it.

Doing you own chips would be more of an aid.

My injectors need to be replaced, just didnt know if I should stay stock or go a lil bigger
Like Grumpy said stay with the stock 22# injectors.
You really don't need to upgrade the injectors unless you put in a new cam, heads and intake. And even then it depends on how the chip is programed.

You certainly don't need larger injectors with the mods you have done so far. But if your injectors are bad for some reason, and you need to replace them anyways, you could go with the 24lb SVO injectors as they are about $220 a set and are one of the cheapest options around. They are rated at 24lb at something like 38psi though, so if you install them into your car you will need an AFPR to back down the pressure (stock GM fuel pressure is around 44psi) to keep from running too rich...... or you can get the equipment for burning your own PROMs (which you will likely want to do in the future anyways) and play with the injector constants to get them dialed in.
If you want a hassle free - bolt them in and forget about them (for now) injector, I would try having yours cleaned and flowmatched by someone. That way you don't have to spend any more money on other stuff (AFPR, PROM burning stuff) just to get it to run right. But if the injectors coils are damaged, you will likely not be able to just have them cleaned....
Or, if you are lucky, you can find somone that has a set of stock L98 22lb injectors that they swapped out due to not enough injector for their setup and they were working fine......
I guess this brings me to this question: What exactly is making you think that you need new injectors?
Answer that, and we will be able to offer you much better advice.

my mechanic is making me think it. I dont know a real whole lot about fuel injection, but I know and trust my mechanic, he is a family friend, and he says while Im doing my plenum/runner swap I should take care of my injectors.
