Injector Help Please!

My girlfriend has a pretty hopped up 350-383 motor with 58cc Edelbrock heads, and a high lift/duration cam. She has the stock 305 injectors right now, we need more, and have the option of buying either 24 or 36# injectors.

Would 36# be too much? or would it be the right ones to go for? Also is Bosch better than Accel?

Thanks ahead of time,
Clint

What is "hopped up"? What Eprom programming is being used? Is there an AFPR? Need more info.

I would think you could easily get away with a set of Ford Motorsport 24# injectors. About $200 through summit. They are rated at 36# of fuel pressure instead of 40+, so they flow just a bit more than 24#. I used stock GM 24# injectors in my 408 for years, but I had to set the pulse width way too high for them to operate properly on the top end. I switched to Ford Motorsport 30# injectors last year, and they're about perfect. Of course, I probably have a bit more motor than your GF. Who is doing your tuning?
