Need Everyones opinion
I was lookin through my Jeg's catalog and saw an Accel Superram for the TPI camaro. I have a 1986 305 TPI and was wondering if this setup is a good item to purchase. I would onyl need the PLenum and Runners I assume since i already own the Edelbrock baseplate. It is 760 dollars, and I was wondering if its better just to port my plenum and baseplate, and get SLP runners and port them. All responses are greatly appreciated.
Well, most people on this board don't like the superram, for what ever reason. I personally think that it would not work well with a 305. On the lingenfelter website they reccomend only using the superram on 350 and up engines.

Don't bother unless you are planning on getting a 350 or bigger. I have the same car with a 305 and the EXPENSIVE mods aren't worth it for the small engine. No matter what you do to a 305, it's never gonna set the world on fire.
